Robinson Apartments Approved for EDC Initiative
The Orange City Council approved an EDC incentive with Robinson Apartments for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements at 811 John Avenue in an amount not to exceed $19,000 for the purpose of economic development. Robinson Apartments has proposed an estimated capital investment of $450,000 at the project site.
