The Orange City Council approved an EDC incentive with Studio 17 for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements at 1700 W. Allie Payne Road in an amount not to exceed $150, 000 for the purpose of economic development. Studio 17 has proposed an estimated capital investment of $1,500,000 at the project site.
Studio 17 is owned by GinnyAnn Henry. They offer dance instruction for children ages 18 months and up with classes in ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical. Their dancers go beyond technique to develop important life skills, learning to be respectful, confident, and conscientious young people who share their gifts and talents with the community.
They strive to foster a love of dance in their students and to help them reach their full potential as dancers and individuals. Whether the students are just beginning their dance journey or are seasoned performers, Studio 17 is committed to providing high-quality instruction and support to help their students achieve their goals.
