City Council of the City of Vidor will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed budget for the City of Vidor, Texas, a copy of which can be obtained from the City Secretary, Vicki Watson, 1395 North Main Street, Vidor, Texas 77662, or from the City’s website.
The proposed budget is for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2021. All citizens and other interested persons are invited to attend and give their views. The hearing will be held at the Vidor Council Chambers at Vidor City Hall, 1395 North Main Street, Vidor, Texas, on August 26t, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
This budget will increase total property taxes from last year’s budget by $195,966, or 7.609%, and of that amount, $76,760 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the roll this year.
