Orange County and City Officials are calling for a Mandatory Evacuation for all of Orange County at 6 am, Tuesday, August 25th, 2020. The City of Orange will open a sandbagging location effective Monday, August 24 at 12 P.M. at Memorial Field, located on Eddleman Drive near Meeks Drive.
