Orange County Stormwater Quality Coalition Invites Public Input into Stormwater Management Program

In compliance with the regulations established in TPDES General Permit No. TXR040000, the Orange County Stormwater Quality Coalition has developed a Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The Coalition’s stormwater management program contains best management practices to ensure that municipal operations and residential activities within the community will
