Gopher Industrial will have a fish fry fundraiser to benefit United Way of Orange County on Friday, July 23, 2021, beginning at 11 AM at the Orange Boating Club, located at 2206 FM 1006 in Orange. Plates are $10 and will include fried fish, beans, potato salad, and hushpuppies.

Deliveries are available for preorders of 10 or more. Delivery requests must be made by Friday, July 16, 2021. To preorder, contact Kristin at drs@uwoctx.org or 409-883-3591.

Orange County Disaster Rebuild is excited to announce a new fundraising event!! OCDR will be hosting Food Truck Fridays beginning Friday, June 25, 2021, from 11 am to 2 pm located at the Orange County Courthouse parking lot located at 123 S. 6th Street. They will be bringing in new food trucks every week.

Their first guests will be Funnel’d and The Pink Lady. The Pink Lady menu will be Chicken/Sausage gumbo $8.00; Beef tips over rice $8.00; Slider burgers with chips $8.00; Strawberry Shortcake $5.00; Banana Pudding $3.00. The famous Funnel’d menu will be White Chocolate Strawberry, Reese’s, and a brand new flavor that you will have to come and discover.

Because the United Way of Orange County isn’t able to host their Dueling Piano event in 2021, they are instead hosting an online auction as a major fundraiser for their partner agencies.
