The Orange City Council approved an EDC Infrastructure Grant Agreement with Little Texas Teahouse for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements in an amount not to exceed $80,000 for the purpose of economic development.
The Little Texas Teahouse, represented by owner Brandi Williford, has proposed an estimated capital investment of $200,000 at the project site.
