The Orange City Council approved an EDC incentive with Robinson Apartments for the expenditure of funds for eligible infrastructure improvements at 811 John Avenue in an amount not to exceed $19,000 for the purpose of economic development. Robinson Apartments has proposed an estimated capital investment of $450,000 at the project site.

Allie Payne Road in an amount not to exceed $150, 000 for the purpose of economic development. Studio 17 has proposed an estimated capital investment of $1,500,000 at the project site. Studio
