The City of Orange is encouraging citizens to answer all calls from (409) 246-5XXX.
Officials understand many do not answer phone calls if the number is not a saved contact or is not recognizable. These calls are being placed by investigators working with local health authorities related to individuals who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Itis extremely important that these calls are answered immediately or returned as soon as possible for the safety of the public.
