For the city of Orange:
In observance of the Christmas holiday, the City of Orange will be closed Friday, December 23, and Monday, December 26. As always, the City of Orange Police and Fire Departments will be on duty to keep the community safe. City of Orange offices will reopen for business Tuesday, December 27.
For the New Year’s holiday, the City of Orange will be closed on Monday, January 2. The City of Orange Police and Fire Departments will be on duty. City of Orange offices will reopen for business on Tuesday, January 3.
There will be no interruption in Waste Management collection services.
For the city of Vidor:
The City of Vidor will be closed Friday, December 23, and Monday, December 26, for Christmas and Monday, January 2, for New Year’s. If any resident needs to make a bill payment, please use one of the online methods available here or by using the appropriate drop box in the back parking area of City Hall.
The roll-off dumpster located at 155 Watts St. will be open on Thursday, 12/22/2022, and closed for Christmas Eve on Saturday, 12/24/2022. We will reopen on Thursday, 12/29/2022.
City of West Orange:
All non-emergency departments of the City of West Orange will be closed on December 23 and 26 in honor of Christmas and December 30 and Jan. 2 in honor of the New Year. Piney Woods will be picking up trash on Friday, December 23 and Friday, December 30.
