Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office Holding Food Manager’s 2-Day Certification Training

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office is holding the 2-Day Food Manager’s Certification Training with Test. This course will help you to:

  • Understand the major causes of foodborne illnesses and how to prevent them,
  • Increase the food safety knowledge of your employees,
  • Improve relationships with health officials.

Upon passing the certification exam, you will fulfill state requirements for Certified Food Manager status.

Topics covered include:

  • Foodborne illnesses and how they are caused
  • Food safety hazards
  • Sanitation regulations
  • HACCP
  • AND MORE!

The classes will be held on February 27-28, 2023, from 9 am until 4 pm. These will be held at the Orange County Extension Office at 11475 FM 1442, Orange, TX.
