Parents and caregivers, mark your calendars! Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center is excited to continue its beloved “Toddler Tales” program this May. This program is an enchanting, nature-filled experience for children ages 1–3 and their grown-ups.
Held on select Tuesdays in 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Toddler Tales includes a delightful storybook reading followed by self-guided, hands-on activities that encourage creativity and exploration in the serene setting of Shangri La’s Children’s Garden, near the willow hut. The program is free of charge, with no reservations required.

Whether you’re a returning visitor or new to the Gardens, Toddler Tales offers a magical opportunity to create lasting memories with your child while nurturing early literacy and a love for nature.
