The SETRPC (Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission) is offering stabilization services to qualifying residents of Orange County impacted by Tropical Storm Imelda. SETRPC stabilization services will include utility services such as water, gas, gas-disconnect notices (no deposits/late fees/re-connect charges), and rent services such as eviction notices (no deposits/application fees/late fees/court & filing fees).
