South East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) has stabilization assistance available for qualifying residents of Orange County for 2023. Applicants must be at or below the 200th percentile of the Federal Poverty Level in order to qualify for services (see chart below).
Types of assistance include:
- Utilities: Electricity, Water and Gas
- Rent: Eviction Notice
