The Salvation Army of Orange, Texas, is pleased to announce the 2024 Angel Tree sign-up event, offering Christmas gifts to children from families experiencing financial difficulties. The registration period will take place from October 14-17, 2024, at the Salvation Army location, 1950 MLK Jr. Drive in Orange.
Families can sign up during registration hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office will be closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM daily. This program is limited to Orange County residents only.
What to Bring for Registration:
- Photo ID for Applicant: Valid state-issued ID, consulate ID, or passport.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill (dated July-September 2024) or a current lease contract.
- Birth Certificate(s) for child 12 years of age or younger: Required for each child; applicants must be the legal guardian.
- Proof of Children Enrolled in Orange County School: School records or report card.
- Proof of All Income: Paycheck stub, benefits, government assistance, award letters, child support, SSI, SSD, etc.
Please Note: Registration is for adults only, and children do not need to be present.
The Angel Tree Program provides an opportunity for the community to support families during the holiday season by donating gifts to children. We encourage families in need to sign up early to ensure their participation in this cherished annual tradition.
