The beloved TV classic Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical soars off the screen and onto the Lutcher Theater stage this holiday season on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 2 and 6 p.m. See all of your favorite characters come to life in this adventure that teaches us that what makes you different can be what makes you special.
The most famous reindeer of all from the longest-running and highest-rated holiday television special returns live on stage. A holly jolly cast of iconic characters including Hermey the Elf, Yukon Cornelius, and the Abominable Snow Monster will once again help Santa save Christmas.
“Ring in the holiday season at the Lutcher Theater with this family-friendly production that is sure to create memories that will last a lifetime,” said Lynae Sanford, executive director of the Lutcher Theater. “This show entertains and, at the same time, helps spread the timeless message that we should not let someone else define our value.”
In 1964, the stop-motion animated television classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, made its network television debut and has been delighting audiences across the country for more than 50 years. Now audiences across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana will have the opportunity to enjoy this holiday classic live and on stage.
