This morning around 3:00 am Pinehurst Fire was dispatched to Robert’s Meat Market and Steakhouse in reference to a structure fire. Upon arrival, the rear of the business was fully engulfed.
With the assistance of ESD 3, ESD 4, Bridge City Fire, and Orange Fire, Pinehurst Fire Department was able to take control of the situation. There were no injuries and the cause is unknown at this time.
A spokesperson for the restaurant stated that they will be closed for an indefinite time but do plan to reopen in the near future. They are thankful that no one was injured.
