Orangefield High School Names Top Grads

in Schools

Orangefield High School has announced the Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2022. Zoe Martin is  Valedictorian and Hunter Beard is  Salutatorian.

Martin served as secretary of her class and also a member of the National Honor Society, Interact, Student Council, and FCCLA. She graduates with a 4.95 GPA. She also won numerous “Big O” Awards and was selected to attend ALA Bluebonnet Girls State. In addition, she has spent time volunteering for Little Dribblers, Salvation Army, and Orange Christian Services.

She plans to attend Texas A&M and pursue a major in Chemical Engineering.

Beard is number two in a class of 138 with a 4.84 GPA. He has received many honors including Teacher Merit Awards and is a member of the All-Star Choir. He is also is a member of the NHS, Choir, and UIL team. He plans to attend Texas A&M and pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree in hopes of entering the field of emergency medicine.
