The Orange County Livestock Show Association is proud to announce the return of the Sabine River Shoot Out, taking place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the T2 Arena & Event Center, located at 3810 Old Peveto Road in Orange.
This highly anticipated event will feature a full lineup of competitive livestock showings, awarding 52 buckles, 20 banners, and numerous class prizes. The show welcomes entries across several categories, highlighting the talents and dedication of youth exhibitors from around the region.
Event Schedule:
- Check-In: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Show Starts: 7:00 PM
- Entry Fees: $40 per entry / $10 for Showmanship
(Cash and card accepted)
Show Rings & Divisions:
Ring 1 – Small Animals & Light Livestock
- Swine, Lambs, Goats (shown by weight)
- Showmanship divisions:
- Senior (15–18)
- Intermediate (12–14)
- Junior (9–11)
- Awards: Grand & Reserve Overall, Showmanship Buckles
Ring 2 – Cattle
- Steers (shown by weight & division)
- Heifers (shown by age & division)
- Cattle Divisions: American, British, Exotic
- Awards: Breed Champion & Reserve, Grand & Reserve Overall
