On March 23, 2021, the Orange City Council approved the proposed 2021 Annual Action Plan budget, Year 3, of the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Grant Program.
Copies of the 2021 Annual Action Plan in draft form are available at the Neighborhood Facility, Planning & Community Development Department from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Citizens will have until Monday, June 21, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. to review and comment (orally or in writing) on the third year Annual Action Plan before adoption and submission of the Annual Action Plan to HUD for approval on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Box 520, Orange, Texas, 77631, or drop off at the office of Planning and Community Development located at 303 N 8th Street, Orange, Texas, 77630 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, regular business days. Comments may be emailed to grants@orangetexasgov.us or turned in at any one (1) of the five (5) scheduled Public Hearings.
