A brand-new shopping destination is coming to Orange, bringing fresh business opportunities and added convenience to local residents. The Shoppes of Orange, located at 1214 North 16th St., between Sherwin Williams and Don’s Alternator, will feature five retail spaces and a laundromat, according to Orange Planning Director Kelvin Knauf.

The development will provide a total of 6,555 square feet of retail space for businesses, while the laundromat will span 2,750 square feet, offering essential services to the community. The addition of The Shoppes of Orange is expected to enhance the local economy by creating new commercial spaces and attracting diverse businesses to the area.

“The Shoppes of Orange will bring new retail and service options to the community, making it a great addition to our city’s commercial landscape,” said Knauf.

With its strategic location and modern amenities, The Shoppes of Orange aims to become a go-to shopping and service hub for residents and visitors alike. Further details, including tenant announcements and the official opening date, will be released in the coming months.
