The Lutcher is closed until further notice and has temporarily suspended all public performances and events beginning today, March 17 through April 30, 2020, in compliance with orders and recommendations regarding the coronavirus and social gatherings declared by the Center for Disease Control and our federal, state and local governments.
The impacted events are:
- Beautiful – The Carole King Musical – March 19th
- Peter Rabbit Tales – March 25th (Lutcher Incredible Kid’s Event)
- Fiddler on the Roof – March 30th
- Viva Momix – April 5th
- Service League Follies – April 17th
- Diary of a Wombat – April 27th (Lutcher Incredible Kid’s Event)
- Rent – April 30th
They are currently working with agents and producers attempting to reschedule events. As soon as they have “show-specific” information, the Box Office will contact the ticket holders for each show. If deemed safe to gather, and they are able to reschedule the show, your ticket for that show will be transferrable for the new date. If they are unable to reschedule or if you are unable to attend on the new date, you will be eligible for a refund.
Because so much of this information is still unknown, and because rescheduling involves decisions by several parties at various levels, they will not be able to process any refunds until final decisions are made for the remainder of the season.
