Texas A&M AgriLife Extension-Orange County will be hosting a Fresh Start for a Healthier You Program at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension-Orange County office. starting January 2, 2024. There is no charge for this program.
This is a 4 -week program to learn how to cook healthier meals for you and your family, practical cooking and shopping tips, handy kitchen tools, and recipes for success. There will be food demos, samplings, recipes for you to take home, and a free kitchen tool after each session.
