Greater East Texas Community Action Program is offering outreach to Orange County at 1100 N. 16th St., in Orange on April 12, 2022, from 1-5 PM, April 13, 2022. from 9 AM – 5 PM, and April 14, 2022, from 9 Am – 2 PM.
If you need help with any of the following, they may be able to help.

- Water
- Gas
- Propane
- A/C Repair
- Weatherization
Eligibility for the program is based on income and energy burden. Proof of itizenship and identity is required for first-time customers only.
