The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office in Orange County is pleased to announce a free 5-class series, Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes, designed to empower individuals in preventing and managing diabetes. The program will run on January 16, 23, 30, and February 6 and 13, 2025 from 3 PM to 5 PM, at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office, located at 11475-A FM 1442, Orange, TX 77630.
This engaging and informative series will equip participants with tools and knowledge to:
- Prevent Type 2 diabetes.
- Make healthier lifestyle choices.
- Better manage blood sugar levels and overall health.
The classes will be led by Fallon White, M.P.H., whose expertise in health education will guide participants through actionable strategies to take charge of their health. This program is ideal for individuals living with diabetes or those interested in prevention and wellness.
