The Spirit of the Golden Triangle Opening Reception

Join the Museum of the Gulf Coast for the opening reception of our newest exhibit, The Spirit of the Golden Triangle, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 6:30 P.M.

Presented during the year of America’s 250th celebration, this new exhibit explores the growth of Port Arthur and the surrounding region from a small coastal settlement into one of the most important industrial and transportation centers on the Gulf Orange.

The exhibit highlights the people, businesses, and industries that transformed the region while celebrating the history, resilience, and shared heritage that continue to define the Golden Triangle attend.
