The City of Vidor is proudly hosting the 2nd International Checkers Tournament, featuring Italy vs. USA, inside Vidor City Hall from July 1-5, 2024 from 8 AM to 6 PM each day.
Vidorian Watson Franks, Texas champion and moderator for Vidor Checkers USA, will preside over the tournament. Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to witness World Champions Alex Moiseyev and Sergio Scarpetta in action.
Notably, participants from Italy are flying in for the tournament.
