To better serve the citizens of Pinehurst and external customers, the City of Pinehurst is pleased to announce extended hours of operation for City Hall and select departments. Effective January 6, 2025, City Hall and administrative offices and the Public Works Department will operate Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
These new hours reflect the City’s commitment to enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents while maintaining the same high standard of service. Emergency services and on-call support for public works will remain available around the clock.
For added convenience, the City encourages residents to take advantage of online utility and permitting options available on the City of Pinehurst website. For those requiring appointments or meetings on Fridays, accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis to meet the needs of citizens and customers.
