The City of Orange Annual Action Plan (AAP) is the annual update to the Consolidated Plan, a 3- or 5-year planning document also required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which sets forth the county’s long-term community development goals and strategies. By completing this survey, residents will help contribute to research understanding families’ resources and needs. Participants will not be asked to provide any personal information such as; your name, email, home address, or phone number.
There are no risks to you for participating in this study and no penalty for not participating. The benefit of this research is that you will be helping to understand better Orange’s community needs, the resources available, and the services that are still needed. This survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.
The survey can be accessed on the city website, City Hall, Orange Public Library, kiosk at Cove Recreation Area, Orange Recreation Center, city parks, city-hosted events between October 2nd – December 2nd, or online here.
