The Bridge City Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Sapphire Wings Boutique, located at 1980 Texas Ave. in Bridge City. They are a gift shop and boutique offering a variety of gift items and ladies’ clothing and accessories as well as children’s clothing.
