The Texas Enterprise Zone Program provides incentives designed to encourage private investment, job creation, job retention, and economic growth and development in an area. ARLANXEO, a leading supplier of synthetic elastomers located at 4647 FM 1006 in Orange, has applied for the designation of an Enterprise Project.
Jonathan Doyle, Site Manager for ARLANXEO Orange, presented the Orange City Council with information regarding the proposed upgrade and purchase of machinery and equipment for the plant, which has a projected capital investment exceeding $35 million and the retention of 240 full-time jobs.
The Orange City Council approved a Nominating Resolution in support of the ARLANXEO application to the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.
