The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension – Orange County has scheduled a five-class series on diabetes management, called Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension – Orange County office, 11475 FM 1442 in Orange at the Orange County Convention and Expo Center. The classes will be held from 6-8 PM on March 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.
In the class, participants will learn how to prevent Type 2 diabetes, eat healthily, and get more tips to control diabetes. To get the full educational benefit, you need to attend all 5 classes if possible.
The class is free of charge, but reservations are required by calling the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension office at 409-882-7010.
