The City of Orange Fire Department will host their annual Fire Prevention Open House on Monday, October 9, 2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm. This event will be held at Central Fire Station, located at 501 N. 7th Street.
Attendees can expect to enjoy fire station tours, bounce house, kid’s agility course, crafts, hotdogs, popcorn, and drinks. The Orange Fire Department is partnering with the National Fire Protection Association to promote this year’s Fire Prevention Week campaign, “Cooking safety starts with YOU. Pay attention to fire prevention.” The campaign works to educate everyone about simple but important actions they can take when cooking to keep themselves and those around them safe.
The event is free of charge and offers fun for the whole family.
