The City of Vidor welcomes residents to create and design their own unique scarecrow display to showcase at Vidor City Hall from October 24 through November 14, 2022.
Local artists, community organizations, businesses, schools, churches, and families are welcome to create funny and festive displays the entire city can enjoy.
Rules include:
- All scarecrows must be weighed down by sandbags or bales of hay. No holes in the ground will be permitted due to the sprinkler system.
- All scarecrows must be removed by 5 PM on November 15.
Visitors can enter City Hall and vote for their favorite display. Winners will be announced on November 14.
