The Orange Lions Club Charity Carnival is back for a new season!  Opening weekend is June 16-19, as well as June 23-26 and June 30-July 3. Wednesday and Thursday hours are 6:30 PM-10 PM.

Friday and Saturday hours are 6:30 PM-11 PM, and Kiddie Day is the first 1st Saturday, June 19, 2021, and the gates open at 4 PM. The carnival is held at Lions Den City Park at 1802 Main St. in Orange.

Adult entry fee is $3, youth 13-17 $2, and children 12 and under are free. Tokens are $1 each.

New to this year’s carnival is a Kiddie Scrambler for the young ones and a rock climbing wall for those wanting a bit more adventure. The carnival features a variety of rides, game booths, and food booths. Food options range from hamburgers, funnel cakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, popcorn, and cotton candy to turkey legs, pork-a-bobs, corn dogs, nachos, and popcorn balls.

More than 10,000 people visit the carnival each year. Proceeds of the carnival are used by the Lions Club to fund club causes like the Eyeglass Bank, youth scholarships for Lions Club Camp, food baskets, beautification tree project, and the Texas Ramp Project.
