The Orange Convention & Visitors Bureau hosted Rumble on the River, a high energy jet ski racing event on August 17 and 18. The community was able to come out and enjoy a free event at the City of Orange Boat Ramp featuring jet ski racing, kids activities, and concessions. The Orange Convention & Visitors Bureau would like to thank all those who helped create a successful Rumble on the River event!

The OCVB sends a special thank you to  TXH2O Racing and Pro Watercross for bringing this fantastic event to the City of Orange.

Rumble on the River Races Begin This Weekend

The Orange Convention & Visitors Bureau, in collaboration with Pro Watercross, present Rumble on the River, a high energy, Jet Ski racing event. This event will be held Saturday, August 17, and Sunday, August 18, at the City of Orange Boat Ramp beginning at 10 A.M. each day.

There will be no charge to attend this family-friendly event.

In an effort to promote tourism, this event will include an estimated 50 to 75 racers from Texas, Florida, Alabama, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Georgia. Concessions and kids activities will be available on-site for those of all ages to enjoy.

Spectators are encouraged to bring their own seating, and please note, no dogs and no pets will be allowed at the City of Orange Boat Ramp. Coolers are welcome.

City Boat Ramp Closing for Rumble on River Event

The City of Orange Boat Ramp will be closed from 6 A.M. Thursday, August 15, to 8 P.M. Sunday, August 18, due to the Rumble on the River jet ski races.

This event will be held Saturday, August 17, and Sunday, August 18, at the City of Orange Boat Ramp beginning at 10 A.M. each day. There will be no charge to attend this family-friendly event.
